I went to see a chiropractor about twice a month for a year, and my stiff shoulders were reduced and my headaches and back pain also improved. Recently, in order to build up my basic physical strength, I have been reducing the number of chiropractic sessions and going here for a personal gym course. My muscles hurt every time, but I feel like my body is fundamentally improving. If I hadn't attended here, I don't think my body would have been so worn out and I wouldn't have felt like exercising. I'm glad I started going there.
